Supporting the international mobility of your talent
A professional move to France: we support their integration and help them build confidence in French.
A professional move to Australia: we support their preparation and strengthen their English skills.
The spouse isn't an extra. They are a safeguard for your mobility investment.
We give you an expert recommendation. You don't choose from a catalogue, its tailored for your needs.

The real cost of an unprepared international move
We prepare the position. Rarely the person. Never the family.
→ An early return costs, on average, three times the cost of the assignment.¹
→ The first reason is almost never professional: it’s the partner who struggles to adapt.²

The diagnostic pack
Every talent is different. Before proposing anything, we start by a thorough analysis.
The diagnostic pack builds a complete profile of the talent and their spouse across three areas:
cultural profile, language level, and transition readiness. This diagnostic determines the recommended pathway.
A · Beforehand
CultureConnector by Argonaut profiling (12 dimensions, 80+ cultures). Personal questionnaire: talent + spouse.
B · 1-hour session
Language level assessment (CEFR): speaking, writing, listening. Questionnaire refinement. Verbal feedback at the end of the session.
C · Tailored proposal
within 48/72 hours.
Full report for both the talent and their spouse. One-page summary sheet for HR. Pathway recommendation.
No personal data about the employee is shared with the company beyond the summary sheet.
Professional only - €350 excl. VAT
Professional + spouse/family - €450 excl. VAT
The diagnostic is invoiced separately; its cost is fully deducted from the chosen pathway if signed within 30 days.

What our clients say
"What made the programme truly valuable was the remarkable preparation that went into customising it specifically for me: my needs, my professional context, and my current level of French. Every session was thoughtfully designed around the areas I most wanted to work on — not only the fundamentals, but role-plays based on situations I could genuinely encounter in my work, and practical exercises anticipating the real challenges I faced in my role."
A client supported through individual language training
"We used Culturelinks to support the relocation to France of one of our employees and his family. The sessions were particularly valued for their concrete, personalised approach, covering everyday cultural codes in France as well as those of the professional world, alongside very practical topics such as family integration and job searching. The employee and his family were extremely satisfied with the quality of the discussions and the advice provided. In hindsight, we recommend starting part of the support before arrival in France — this early preparation makes it easier to anticipate the different stages of relocation and supports integration from the very first weeks."
